VMworld 2011 Planning Update
Jul 4th
Hi folks! I know it’s been a while so I wanted to give everyone an update on how things are coming along for Spousetivities at VMworld in Las Vegas. I’ve added a new sponsor and negotiated a few contracts so keep reading for the latest details.
First, a quick update on sponsors. Of course we all know Spousetivities wouldn’t be what it is today without the support of our sponsors. I am pleased to announce that the VMUG (VMware User Group) is our latest sponsor. The VMUG team is anxious to jump in and lend a hand with making Spousetivities even better. More >
Why Sponsor Spousetivities?
Jun 1st
With spouse activities for EMC World 2011 behind me and VMworld US 2011 right around the corner, I’m actively seeking additional sponsors for Spousetivities. So the question naturally arises: why should I sponsor Spousetivities?
Naturally, I’m a bit biased, but I think that sponsoring Spousetivities is a great way for companies to say “Thank You” and give something back to their employees and customers. When a company hosts a conference, they ultimately expect attendees to give up as much as a week of their time to come hear about their products and how these products or services can benefit them and More >
EMC World Spousetivities Wrap-Up
May 19th
First and foremost, I must send a huge thank you to EMC, eGroup, and Brocade for making the first ever EMC World Spousetivities a big success. We had more than 50 people in attendance at the various activities. The feedback was all positive and everyone had a great time.
Participants enjoyed breakfasts, shopping, sightseeing, a trip to Hoover Dam, and a relaxing spa day. The spa day was a huge hit and will most certainly be offered at future events. Guys and girls alike enjoyed this wonderful opportunity. Thank you so much to Debbie at Canyon Ranch Spa for making the spa day More >

Let’s Go to EMC World!
Mar 2nd
Here we go folks…
I have been working feverishly to get plans in place for the first annual EMC World Spousetivities! Here’s a quick preview of some of the things I’m working on for this conference.
For those who have attended these events during VMworld, you know that we always open the events with a “Get to Know You” breakfast. This tradition will be continued at EMC World. You won’t want to miss the fun drawings for great gifts at the breakfast! I won’t mention any names, but something that starts with “i” and rhymes with “Bad” is not inconceivable…
